We'd like to find out a little bit about you, so that we can find the perfect vacation home for you and your group. Please answer a few questions, then we will contact you with specific home options, rates, and other details.  

Once you have selected the home of your choice, and wish to make a reservation, we will email you our basic rental agreement, and you will have a full week to sign and return it with any required deposit.  

Please note:

The 2018 Kentucky Derby Weekend dates (May 3-6, 2018) are the most popular time to rent a home in Louisville. Most of our vacation rentals require a minimum 3-night booking.

Provide us as much information as possible, and we will work to find the perfect home to fit your needs.  

1) Primary renter must be a homeowner, and at least 25 years old; or a company, corporation, or organization
2) Where more than 8 guests will be in any one home (or renting a group of homes), we need at least two primary renters, unless rental is to a corporation or organization, if more than 12 will be in one home, we will need three primary renters.
3)  When renting any home through LVH, we require a copy of the fact sheet of your homeowner or corporate liability coverage.
