Please keep in mind that Derby Week is by far the most expensive time to visit Louisville. It is one of those "Bucket List" events and more than 160,000 attend...about half of those coming from out of the area. Obviosuly, all hotels in and around the area are completely booked as are most of the available private homes, so make sure you get your request in as early as possible to get the home you desire!Looking for a less expensive time to visit Louisville?  Most of the homes are also open throughout the year for other events, family vacations, reunions, etc.  Therefore, do not hesitate filling out our Inquiry Form and making an offer...offers will be submitted to the owners for approval, so we'll see if we can find you a home!  Don't be intimidate by the process...we will work with you and make our best effort to put you in the right home! Simply complete and submit the Inquiry Form or call Jim Welch at 661-619-8888 or email questions to jimwelch1950@yahoo.com

Up to XX guests  - This represents the maximum number of guests that the owner will ever consider...with some guests on permanent beds and others on air beds, sofas, guest-brought sleeping bags, etc.  See each particular home for specific sleeping arrangements available.

Each owner has the right to accept, reject outright, or counter-proposal any rental request.

In addition to the above rental rates, each of our homes has the following:

1)  Reservation Fees: $150 

2)  $100-$200  Prep/Laundry/2-hr Cleaning Fee (depending on home selected)

3)  $500 -$1,000 Refundable Security Deposit ($1,000-$1500 if over 8 guests)

4)  Primary renter/s must be a homeowner and provide evidence of homeowner's linsurance

5)  2 Primary renters (must be non-sposal homeowners) required if over 8 total guests

6)  Must complete and submit the Rental Application / Inquiry Form for consideration

6)  To receive a confirmation, 25% of total rent plus the Reservation Fee must be paid and is non-refundable as soon as reservation confirmation is provided your group..

7)  Rental balance, including Prep/Cleaning Fee and the Security Deposit fully due and non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay balance will render your reservation forfeitable and will allow consideration of other offers.  No refund of the original 25% deposit once paid and reservation confirmation is provided.  

All homes are non-smoking!  Your deposit will be lost it you smoke in any of these homes.  In addition, no high-temp heavy-spiced curry preparations are allowed inside of any of these homes.
