Bedroom 2  - 2nd Floor - Queen bed with shared en-suite 3/4 bath (walk-in shower)
Bedroom 3 -  2nd Floor - Queen bed with private en-suite  full bath
Bedroom 4 -  2nd Floor - Queen bed with private en-suite full bath
Bedroom 5  - Basement - Queen Temp Blow-up with semi-private en-suite full bath
                                          this bedroom is the office and home gym room - during Derby, it will
                                          have a Queen AeroBed. Bathroom locks off from basement  to make it private.

Owners will provide additional queen blow-ups as needed.
