The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a recreation room. The large basement features a King Bedroom, large bar, fantastic large-screen theater room (with an additional King bed!) and a roon set up with a dance floor room.  There is plenty of nice comfortable seating throughout this home. 

Wireless access code will be provided, so bring your laptops and tablets!  

Sleeping Accommodations:  (12 guests could be in permanent beds: 3 King & 3 Queens) 
Bedroom 1 - Main floor - Master with King bed, full bath with separate jetted tub and shower.
Bedroom 2  - 2nd Floor - Queen bed with shared en-suite 3/4 bath (walk-in shower)
Bedroom 3 -  2nd Floor - Queen bed with private en-suite  full bath
Bedroom 4 -  2nd Floor - Queen bed with private en-suite full bath
Bedroom 5 -  Basementr - King bed with en-suite full bath (with an exit out to basement proper)
Theater Room - Also has a King Bed and can serve as the 6th bedroom 

Owner is willing to provide up to 2 additional queen Aerobeds to accommodate up to 16.
