The house is very nice, and a group of 8-10 could be very comfortable staying here!  Owners will also consider just renting the main floor and locking the downstairs unit (separate entry) - sleeps 2 couples that way.  

This home is located in an enclave called Norton Commons, which was started just a few years ago. Great location and mix of commerical and housing all on small lots centered around a town square.  

This is a 3 bedroom home plus a theater roo..but also has a queen sofa-sleeper that easily handles another couple.  Owner indictes it is more comfortable than most sleepers, too!

Main Floor - Master bedroom has a king bed with in-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. 
Main Floor - Guest Bedroom  - Queen bed - 3/4  bath
Lower Floor has a full bath, bedroom, theater room, and bar/mini-kitchen.
Lower Floor - Guest Bedroom  - Queen bed - shared full bath
Lower floor living roomo has Queen sofa-sleeper - shared full bath
Theater room could easily support the Queen Blow-up AeroBed for more sleeping 

Super location!  The Commons has a lot to offer...walk just one or two blocks to restaurants, pub, wine bar, and boutique shops. And at least 10 restaurants within a mile including Longhorn's, Olive Garden, Chili's, Red Robin, Corbett's, Mitchell's Fish Market, Martini's, La Fiesta in addition to those in Norton Commons itself. Also with a mile you can be at Costco, Cabela's, Lowes, Kroger...and a whole shopping center!  Many restaurants, and a hospital, etc. Less than 3 miles to movie theaters and much more shopping.
