Founded by Jeff and Karen Gapen, owners of Local Realty and Simply Home Staging, Louisville Vacation Home was created to provide visitors with a true local experience — combining refined accommodations, expert presentation, and personal concierge services.

Jeff brings decades of real estate and construction expertise as a Licensed Broker, while Karen, a Certified Home Stager, ensures every property looks stunning and feels welcoming. Their son Sam assists with property management and guest coordination, and their friendly mascots Henry, George, and Marvin often make guest appearances in marketing!
